His impact in the industry became most evident as he played a pivotal role in both the inception and expansion of C&J Energy Services. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Fracturing, Jared capably oversaw assets valued at $300 million and orchestrated the generation of annual revenues surpassing the impressive milestone of $1 billion. Under his guidance, the company flourished operating twenty fleets, achieving monthly frac revenues exceeding $100 million and ultimately culminating in a multi-billion dollar merger.
Additionally, Jared takes great pride in developing a thriving startup within the fracturing industry. Under his leadership, this venture not only achieved significant annual revenues but also consistently excelled in safety and operational efficiency metrics, reflecting his commitment to excellence.

From the field to the boardroom, Clay’s professional journey commenced near the wellhead with Halliburton’s esteemed Business Development Program. This comprehensive program solidified Clay’s technical discipline within Fracture Stimulation, Cementing, Coil Tubing, Wireline, and Service Tools.
Progressing through diverse roles, he ultimately ascended to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales with C&J Energy Services. In this pivotal capacity, Clay's adept leadership played a pivotal role in orchestrating revenue that soared beyond $1 billion across diverse product lines within the US land sector, culminating in a billion-dollar merger.
However, Clay's narrative extends far beyond these corporate accomplishments. He cherishes his role as a developer of a thriving startup within the fracturing industry. Clay and his valued team quickly grew the organization to multiple fleets providing services for an array of valued clients across multiple basins.

Reggie Harmon
Chief Sustainability Officer
Reggie is a committed and accomplished professional with a remarkable 15-year Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) career. His expertise and leadership in championing workplace safety, health, and environmental initiatives and sustainability have impacted the organizations fortunate enough to benefit from his guidance.
Reggie embarked on his professional journey with a solid foundation in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices. As a dedicated safety coordinator in the early stages of his career in the Oil and gas industry, Reggie swiftly ascended through various roles that honed his risk management, compliance, and organizational leadership skills. His unwavering commitment to fostering safer and healthier workplaces set him apart, paving the way for rapid advancements in his career.
Over the past decade, he has held pivotal leadership positions as a Director and Vice President of the HSE domain. Reggie orchestrated comprehensive HSE strategies in these influential roles, embedding a safety and sustainability culture across organizations. His visionary leadership has consistently improved metrics, reduced incidents, and enhanced department performance.
Jacob Mire
Vice President - Sales & Marketing
With a career trajectory marked by continuous growth and achievement, Jacob embarked on a professional journey in the oil and gas industry after graduating from McNeese State University with a B.S. in Engineering Technology focusing on Electrical and Instrumentation in 2011. Commencing at Superior Well Services, he dedicated the formative years of his career to contributing to the company's success into NABORS.
Moving up, Jacob took on the role of Sales Account Manager at NABORS, showcasing his strategic approach to client relationships and contributing to the company's sales initiatives. This accomplishment paved the way for his transition to C&J Energy Services in 2015, where he served as a Project Engineer.
Continuing his upward trajectory, Jacob assumed the responsibilities of US Asset Manager at C&J Energy Services, demonstrating his versatility and impact on operational efficiency. The subsequent role of Senior Account Manager at C&J from 2017 to 2020 showcased his ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
In 2021, Jacob reached a pinnacle in his career by taking on the role of Regional Sales Manager and ultimately Vice President of Sales of a fracturing startup. In this capacity, he led a dynamic sales team, utilizing his strategic vision and industry insights to foster client relationships, drive revenue, and position any company he works for as a leader in the oil and gas sector.
